Two free apps are available to customers that set-up their newly purchased LeapPad 1, LeapPad 2, Leapster Explorer or LeapsterGS devices between now and 3rd December 2012.
The chance to get extra apps for free is not the only good reason for setting-up your child’s new LeapFrog electronic learning aid early, it’s worth testing it to make sure it’s working before Christmas and therefore avoiding disappointment on the morning of 25th December. You’ll also be able to get ready to use the Windows PC or Apple Mac software that will help you monitor your child’s progress through LeapFrog’s broad curriculum of reading, writing, mathematics, science and “life skills”.
If you have all ready purchased one these devices, setting-up early before Christmas day will also save you some time because downloading and installing LeapFrog’s App Center [sic] is required in order to unlock all the content available to devices newly opened from boxes.
Instructions on how to download the LeapFrog Connect software required to get the best from your new learning toy are included in the packaging, however, you can also visit Leapfrog.co.uk and scroll down and click on the relevant “Download LeapFrog Connect” link on the left-hand side of the screen.
