Toys”R”Us Expands by 90 Stores Worldwide

Toys "R" Us logoToys”R”Us will will have opened, re-located or refurbished approximately 90 stores in 21 countries by the end of 2014. 

22 new stores will have opened in China by the end of the year and eight in Malaysia. In October 2011, Toys”R”Us acquired the majority stake in its business controlling stores in this region from Fung Retailing.

The size of stores vary from 3,000 to 45,000 square feet and also include combined Toys”R”Us and Babies”R”Us sites which the company describe as “side-by-side” locations.
