Make the tornado spin by pulling the plastic cord and then get ready to launch your car. The launcher is spring-loaded, so pull it back and let go to make the car tear down the track.

Success sees the tornado spin away from the track; otherwise it sends 2 other Hot Wheels cars (not included) flying from a parking area.

Set-up is fairly straight forward, with 3 main sections to clip together. Then your ready to play.
