Toys R Us has closed-down its pop-up store in a Peterborough shopping centre, according to Peterborough Today’s website, with the loss of 15 jobs.
It was the intention that the store in the Serpentine Green shopping centre would only have a temporary existence.
The store had been open for over two years, the lease with the landlord was agreed in October 2015.
This closure is unrelated to the restructuring programme that Toys R Us is currently undergoing in order to try and save itself from going out of business.
