Coronavirus: Smyths Opens Selected UK Stores for Click & Collect Orders

Smyths Toys logo

Smyths Toys has re-opened a number of UK stores for the collection of online orders while the government’s measures to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic remain unaltered.

Non-essential shops were ordered to close from 24th March 2020, however, shops that sold or repaired bicycles were allowed to remain open. Smyths does sell a range of bicycles including adult sized bikes and accessories.

Shoppers will be able to collect goods on orders placed before 3pm but you will only be allowed to attend the store once an email stating the order is ready for collection has been received.

The collection point will be at the front door of the store and youwill not be allowed inside. No other transactions can take place, such as refunds, exchanges or additional sales.

If you do order a large or heavy item, you’ll have to ensure you are able to handle taking the item home.
